Installing eatb with pip as described in README.md does not seem to work - at least not without some tweaking. First I had to install lxml and pytz, but still I get a FileNotFoundError saying that default_commands.cfg cannot be found. I assume this happens because the file was not included in MANIFEST.in. This applies to eatb 0.1.9.

Thank you for the issue report. Install missing dependencies is addressed by cdad919 and default_commands.cfg not being included in the package is addressed by: 6017f67

The new version 0.2.9 includes the changes and is available on PyPi: https://pypi.org/project/eatb/0.2.9/
