<p>虽然几乎所有讲师都认为反盗版是必须做的，但未必都明白反盗版的意义，觉得就是少挣了钱。实际上并不是这么简单，盗版最大的问题，是对正版用户带来的不公平。同样的课程，有人花了几千块钱买过来，有人却一分钱不付就可以得到，这让正版用户显得很傻。</p>
<p>其次，很多讲师以为把课程放到课程平台上，平台就会帮着进行反盗版，自己就不用管了。事实上，大部分平台的反盗版措施都非常有限，通常只能由讲师提交盗版链接，他们投诉下架。如果对方将课程放到境外网站，连下架都做不到。而且有些平台每周定时收集处理一次盗版信息，还不如自己直接投诉效率高。所以我们不能把反盗版推给平台去做，他们只能起到辅助作用，我们自己还是要足够重视。</p>
<p>还有一个普遍的错误想法，就是很多程序员觉得盗版是不可能完全杜绝的，所以干脆就不防范了。我们的确没有办法从技术上来完全杜绝视频课的盗版，但却可以采取各种措施来降低被盗版的概率。</p>
<p>要从做盗版的人的经济收益的角度来思考盗版这件事情，如果我们的课盗版门槛很低，就可能导致大量盗版，因为不需要付出太多的代价。相反，如果我们课的盗版门槛很高，那就要花很多功夫才能盗版。</p>
<p>很多盗版手段是针对平台的，当我们课程的盗版门槛变高以后，盗版狗有两个选择，一个是投入时间和金钱去升级盗版手段，另一个选择是用原来的盗版方法继续盗版其他门槛低的课程。绝大部分情况下，它们会选择后者。</p>
<p>有同学可能会说，这样其实并没有解决盗版的问题。是的，从宏观上来讲，确实没有解决盗版问题；但从个体的角度来看，我们又的确避免了自己的课程被盗版。</p>
<p>要从宏观层面上去解决知识产权问题，需要国家、法律、以及社会各方面一起持续不断地推动，我们作为个体，积极响应国家的政策，并保护好自己的知识产权，就是在为这事添砖加瓦。</p>

<p>所以反盗版其实就是要不断提升盗版的门槛，降低盗版狗的收益，让它们无利可图。我们自己实践过的方法中，最有效的可以归纳成四个字、两个词：卖空和卖多。</p>
<h3 id="卖空"><a class="header" href="#卖空">卖空</a></h3>
<p>卖空其实就是预售，还没有课程，就开始销售。你很难盗版一个还不存在的课程。而且在我们精益网课流程中，本来就是通过预售来验证需求的，所以做起来很顺手。</p>
<p>这个思路再扩展一下，比起一次性提供课程，连载课程的反盗版门槛更高。因为它每周只更新一到两节课程，持续时间很长。这样盗版的成本一下被提升了 N 倍。</p>
<p>卖空的思路很简单，但效果却非常明显，强烈推荐大家尝试。</p>
<h3 id="卖多"><a class="header" href="#卖多">卖多</a></h3>
<p>卖多是说，现在大家课程放到平台上，盗版门槛是一样高的。但是我们可以多提供一些平台没有的、盗版不了的服务来反盗版。这些服务可以包括：</p>
<ol>
<li>答疑</li>
<li>督学</li>
<li>社群</li>
<li>线下服务</li>
</ol>
<p>在进行这些服务的时候，我们可以先进行身份确认，无法提供购买证明的人就不能享受这些服务了。</p>
<p>更进一步，如果我们把课程中不可或缺的部分挪到这些服务中来，那么看盗版视频的人甚至不能完整的学完课程，这就让盗版课程失去了意义。</p>
<p>有一个不错的实践可以分享给大家。我们的主要课程是全栈课，既有前端又有后端。为了反盗版，我们开发了一个云端的编程环境，将后端课程放在其中，然后限制只有正版学员才能登录这个系统，采用这个系统的课程后来就再也没有被盗版过。</p>
<p>这个系统的开发很简单，只需要在云平台上启动一个基于容器的、带有桌面的系统，然后再运行一个基于 Web 的 VNC 去连接它，就可以实现在浏览器中远程操作桌面系统了。感兴趣的同学可以去了解下<a href="https://novnc.com/info.html">NoVNC</a>这个开源项目。</p>
