Personality: Tempo is quite a nice fellow, at least for a nordanner. He enjoys to work and will also work hard. His rider needs to be sensible though, because his reactions are very quick and energetic. He needs his time to warm up, if his rider won't give him that, his left-over energy will cause him to start bucking quite nastily, not to be mean, just because he knows nowhere else to put his energy at otherwise. His personal quirk is chewing wood, which is really annoying. First, because of the things he destroys like that, second because everybody is always worried he'll end up with a huge splinter in his throat one day. He is dead-scared of pigs, so Palinka is quite a demon from hell to him and he is not too proud to start a fear-tantrum, every time he somehow gets to near her. In the herd he's not aggressive or dominant, but prefers to be by himself most of the time. He walks with the herd, but has no big friendships with any of the other horses going on. Humans however are a different subject, he will always curiously walk up to everyone entering the pasture, sometimes even becoming a tad too friendly and starting to poke and push around, especially if he sees the humans are scared or uncertain how to handle his behavior. He loves apples and dislikes carrots.
