Description
Oh, hey, it's these guys again. Wun dun dun.
This is basically the equivalent of as-you-know dialog -- all for the audience's benefit. These guys should both know what's up already, unless they'd been working separately without communicating before this, which we have no indication of.
Also, ventilation shafts? Please! It would make more sense, and show more about these guys, if they overrode a door somewhere else on the base with a bit of tech that was obviously way beyond whatever the pirates have.
From a visual standpoint, this is okay, if too little content for a single page; there could be some interstitial panels of them dropping in. As we've talked about already with the perspective stuff, if the vanishing point/horizon is at the center of the shaft, there, then the top of the back guy's head is at the level of the horizon, so the top of the front guy's head should be that high, too.

yeah, would have been nice to break up that dialogue a little through a few shots of vents.
these big bubbles do seem very "don't forget the plan, it's-" style goon dialogue...
alternate phraseology!
"i'm glad we looked for a vent, burning through the doors would have only wasted time"
"we'll leave that to the pirates."
"the inteference of the shadowfolk complicates things."
"yes. also, i don't believe we should continue to place our trust in cpt. gibbs. i find it unlikely she would...uninterrogated...neishen."
"she may have located the explosives by now."
"if that's the case, it may become nec-etc."
dunno. that reads more naturally to me- and would lend itself to multiple panels.
