Removed Child Under 13 out of Family Sharing

I know it is impossible to remove a child under 13 from Family Sharing. But somehow I did it. Maybe because the Child just turned 13 maybe not.

However now I can’t add the child to a new Family sharing group because as it seems there is no more Parent connected to the account.

Remember that the people responding on the forums do not work for Apple. We are Apple products users like yourself.

For a generic, numeric, or unknown "error" messages I suggest you contact Apple.

If you still have questions or problems:

Refer to this page for Apple Support features ➔ Contact - Official Apple Support

Select from the presented options until you find a solution for your issue, or see if there is a chat or phone call contact method offered lower on the page (you sometimes have to narrow down the options multiple times before this is shown). If you do not see your issue, keep experimenting with any series of selections until you reach one that offers a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

For Anyone looking at this problem Later on:

We solved it by logging in to the Child’s iCloud account at iCloud.com .

On The Site there should be a popup on top. A Parent can verify the Existing of the account there with their own Apple ID.

We can’t add the account to a new Family yet but we let it sit for a while and I will Write in this thread again if we resolved the problem.
