How can I recover and protect my Apple Pay from fraudulent transactions?

i always have extra funds in my Apple Pay wallet . I notice that there are fraudulent transactions. These transaction are similar to the dollar amount of transactions done on the same day. The merchant name is also similar with a few letters added . These transaction are fraudulent. Do I take it as a loss and stop using Apple Pay ?

How do the fraudulent charges involve Apple? If Apple is not the merchant and Apple can’t be your credit card issuer because Apple is not a bank, Apple Pay is not the issue. Apple Pay only sends encrypted data that that put on your iPhone by your Bank. Apple does not have access to the decrypted data and only your bank has the key to the decrypted data.

I know this can be confusing, but if you are an Apple customer and have transactions/subscriptions with Apple, you can explore these options. But let’s try to figure out exactly what you’re experiencing and how it involves Apple. 😀
