Your Ballot

Voting in two places, or attempting to vote twice, is a felony.

You may only vote once. If you received a ballot from your current county, AND received one from your previous state or county, DO NOT vote the one from your previous state or county!

Accessible Voting Information:

What is an assisted voting device?

An assisted voting device enables voters with visual impairments, cognitive/learning disabilities, literacy, and limited mobility to vote privately and independently. This device can read the ballot, magnify the print, mark the ballot, and verify their votes on a paper ballot. Jefferson County's accessible voting device is the ExpressVote machine.

The ExpressVote machine does not count ballots.

Assisted voting device availability:

Jefferson County Elections has ExpressVote machines available 20 days before Election Day, located at the Jefferson County Auditor's Office.
