Application processing fee change effective Oct. 15
Effective Oct. 15, 2024 the application processing fee will be $52. Any applications submitted or mailed on or after this date must include the $52 application processing fee.
Applications are typically processed in 1-3 business days. After your application is approved you can download your card to print it or display it on your mobile device.
- Log in to your account.
- Select the word "Active" next to your name under “Tracking Inbox: Patient Registration.”
- Click the blue “Print Card” button on the left side of the page to print your card or access it on a mobile device.

Applications submitted online with all correct information are approved in 1-3 business days. Applications take longer to process if they are submitted with incorrect information or expired documents.
