Manage lobby settings
- At some point you may go to join a meeting, and from the Join screen, you'll click Join now, but it will not let you into the meeting directly. Instead, you're being held at the join screen, and a message at the top says, "When the meeting starts, we'll let people know you're waiting." If this happens to you, then you are waiting in what is called the lobby, and you will not get into the meeting until the meeting organizer lets you in. For now, I'm going to close this. And that lobby option is controlled by the person who schedules a meeting. So first, I'm going to schedule a new meeting. I'll click the New meeting button up at the top, and on the right side, you should see this option for who can bypass the lobby. If you don't see that, you can click this Options button to show or hide that panel. But let's take a look at this menu.
