- [Instructor] We had a mail campaign for our organization and now we want to calculate the response rate. In column B, we have a list of all of the people who were mailed a donation request. In column G, we have all of the mailed donations that came into the organization. And that includes some people who were not part of the mail campaign. Be just regular people who liked the organization and want to help. The same for column I with the online donations. So let's look at the data. Aames was mailed a donation request and Aames mailed back a donation. Alix, however, was not part of the campaign but Alix, nice person, maybe saw something online, went to the website and submitted a donation. But again was not part of the mail campaign.
