- Right, let's see if we can make this a short one. 3 objectives here. Delete the records that do not have a confirmation. So let's look at the data. We've got names and zodiac signs for whatever reason, I don't know. And then we've got the children's names listed, and then the confirmations. So we want to delete the record for Rex, Sharida and Rashan, oh and Julie and Bo. But don't do these one at a time. Use Excel to do the work for you, right? Second, starting in column F, get the children's names in their own cells. So that means Mayla Rae should be in cell F3, and Charles should be in G3. We've moved this box down. Pete should wind up in F8. But guess what? There won't be a Pete because that record is going to be deleted. All right. Once you have the children's names all in their own cells, in their own columns, then create column headers starting with child 1, child 2, child 3. How many ever you need.…
