- I really think that we need to reframe the idea that somebody is uncoachable because everyone's coachable. It's also about how we introduce the subject of coaching. Like, "Why do I want to work with you? Why would I want to coach you?" Because some people respond to it as "Oh, my gosh, what's wrong?" You know, "What am I doing wrong?" And to really frame it in a way that is about their success and their goals and what they're aspiring to and what they want to be known for. So it just kind of re-frames it from a negative to a positive.
