Lead and manage global supply planning activities in coordination with the integrated management office to minimize Excess and Obsolescence (E&O) and reduce Backorder risks.
Oversee aspects like lead times, prioritization of manufacturing plans, inventory builds, and escalation of issues to the program management office.
Communicate effectively with the Global Supply Chain (GSC) leadership team and other key stakeholders.
Influence cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of supply chain strategies.
Manage the pre- and post-transition inventory by SKU and site across more than 500 finished good materials and 18+ distribution locations worldwide.
Collaborate with manufacturing, regulatory, quality, and other critical teams to drive the execution of supply strategies while maintaining customer service levels.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in Supply Chain Planning and Project Management.
Proven ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong executive communication skills with experience in global end-to-end supply chain management, particularly in supply planning.
Expertise in managing global supply chains, including inventory management and coordination across multiple sites and regions.
