We are seeking a Director of HR Technology to join our dynamic Digital HR Team. As the Director of HR Technology, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our HR technology systems to support our growing company. Responsibilities

  • Develop and complete the overall HR technology strategy for the organization, in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead implementations and integration of HR technology across all HR functions and business units, including Stores and Distribution Centers.
  • Operate in an Agile manner by facilitating responsiveness and adaptiveness of activities and structures, facilitating flexibility in matching workforce fluctuations, demands, and priorities.
  • Partner with our Managed Services Team to lead steady-state, projects, scope changes, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to identify and prioritize HR technology needs and enhancements.
  • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of all HR technology systems, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HR systems and establish data governance standards.
  • Identify and implement new HR technology solutions to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance the employee experience.
  • Lead a team of seasoned HR Technology managers in achieving strategic goals, increasing adoption, enforcing operational excellence, and managing our tech stack for ongoing and cyclical programs and releases, while ensuring compliance and data quality along the way
  • Develop and maintain HR technology policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Support the training and support of HR team members and end-users on HR technology systems and processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology and incorporate them into the organization's strategy.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to HR technology systems.
  • Develop and manage the HR technology budget.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR technology function.
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to the leadership team on HR technology initiatives and their impact on the organization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience In HR Technology Management and 5 years leading people.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent Project Management skills and the ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.v

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
