Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in the luxury market who require premium ground transportation services
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agencies, event planners, and corporate partners to generate business opportunities
- Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and preferences, presenting tailored transportation solutions that align with their requirements
- Service Presentation: Showcase the unique features of our luxury vehicle fleet, amenities, and the high level of service our company offers
- Customized Proposals: Develop comprehensive and appealing proposals outlining transportation packages, rates, and additional services
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients while maximizing revenue and maintaining profitability
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and luxury travel preferences to remain competitive and innovative
- Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand client base and strengthen industry connections
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and opportunities in CRM systems
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of transportation services and exceed client expectations
- Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets to contribute to the company's growth objectives
- Occasionally chauffeur for critical and VIP clients and accounts
- Occasionally assist with chauffeur training and development
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
- Proven sales experience in the luxury travel industry, preferably with a focus on ground transportation services
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals and drive revenue growth
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey value propositions to clients
- Relationship-building expertise, with a talent for fostering connections and rapport with high-end clientele
- Ability to understand client preferences and tailor solutions to meet their unique needs
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales-related software
- Strong organizational skills to manage leads, proposals, and sales activities effectively
- Professional appearance, demeanor, and presentation skills, suitable for interacting with luxury clientele
