Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented eCommerce Operations Manager to lead and enhance our Programs department. This individual will conceptualize scalable and customizable processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and manage a team to ensure the seamless creation and accuracy of client webstores, order processing, inventory replenishment, and client communication. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proven supervisory and management experience, and a solid background in programs or eCommerce operations. Job description:

  • Define Program offerings and standardize processes for setup, onboarding, and daily management of Programs, ensuring scalability and customization to meet clients' business needs. 
  • Research and select the best commerce platform (ex., Shopify) to host company webstores, ensuring all features, products, and integrations are optimized for maximum performance and user experience. 
  • Lead a team of 3 to ensure accuracy in company webstore creation, order processing, inventory replenishment, client communication, and reporting. 
  • Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and accounting teams to manage workflows, ensuring timely updates and successful product launches. 
  • Ensure accuracy and availability of inventory by managing order entry, inventory updates, reorder reports, master product spreadsheets, timelines, and P&L to effectively meet customer demand. 
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience while reducing operational fulfillment errors and costs. 

  

Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of Programs or eCommerce experience 
  • 3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics 
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly 
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, interpersonal, and leadership skills. 
  • Proven supervisory and management experience 
  • Proven ability to work effectively and efficiently independently 

  

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience building processes, project management 
  • Experience with E-Commerce platforms such as - Shopify, OMG, or other webstore platforms
