Senior Recruiting Manager at KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting
Publicly-traded professional services company is seeking a Controller to add to their team. This position will oversee a team of accountants and lead the GL close, financial statement preparation, AP, AR, Controls, cost accounting, and budgeting. We are looking for candidates with 10+ years of experience and strong US GAAP. CPA and/or public accounting experience is preferred.
Compensation range is up to $150K with strong bonus potential (40% target).
Responsibilities Include
Manage the monthly, quarterly, and yearly close
Oversee AP, AR, and Payroll
Financial statement preparation
Create financial models, budgets, and rolling forecasts
Audit, controls, and tax support
Manage a team
Other ad hoc projects with the c-suite
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
10+ years of experience, preferably within a professional services environment
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Must be comfortable in a hands-on role
Knowledge of US GAAP
