About The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Organizational Design and Hygiene: Develop and implement effective organizational structures and ensure best practices in organizational hygiene to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Job Architecture: Design and manage comprehensive job architecture frameworks, including role definitions, career paths, and compensation structures to support business objectives and employee growth.
  • Skills Enablement: Lead initiatives to assess, develop, and enhance skills across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Technical Background in Engineering/Product Organizations: Demonstrated experience in supporting HR functions within engineering or product-centric environments. Ability to understand and address the unique challenges of technical teams, including talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies tailored to technical roles.
  • Organizational Design and Transformation: Proven experience in leading and managing organizational design and transformation initiatives. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans that optimize organizational structure, enhance operational efficiency, and drive change management processes. Expertise in analyzing current organizational frameworks, identifying areas for improvement, and executing strategies to support business goals and adapt to evolving market conditions.

Compensation

The pay range for this opportunity is from $151,600 to $204,700 + performance-related bonus + benefits

This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and location.
