Mandatory Requirements Proven work experience in software quality assurance of 4 years, in-depth technical support (tier 2 or above), or similar function. Understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Knowledge and understanding of web services testing, http protocols, and transactional formats (JSON). Experience with API related tools (Postman, Insomnia, or similar). Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. Exceptional attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Desirable Requirements Hands-on experience with automated testing tools. Knowledge in software programming languages and development. Experience with web service technologies like XML, REST, SOAP. Experience with QA in DAG (Directed Acyclic Graph) workflows or similar software applications. Skill in querying relational and non-relational databases.
