The Opportunity

To support our growth, we seek an enthusiastic and experienced Director of Inside Sales & Growth to lead the Inside Sales team at Mosaic, growing sales volume from new and existing solar installation partners. The Director of Inside Sales & Growth will lead a team of offshore Sales Development Representatives ("SDRs"), will own the cultivation and growth of their accounts, and lead all new partner prospecting activities for the channel sales team at Mosaic. You will help us grow and support our small-to-mid-sized partner category, working hand-in-hand with our Partner Success team. You will also solicit feedback on Mosaic's products and services, conduct market intelligence, drive process improvements, and act as an internal advocate for our partners.

Location: The position is national in focus and can be based out of most US states.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a team of ~10 offshore SDRs that call on prospective and existing mid-market accounts
  • Own the new partner onboarding funnel at Mosaic, driving new partner prospecting activities including cold calling, appointment setting and process refinement
  • Coach, mentor and upskill SDRs
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and present new and regular training content for partners via webinars.
  • Promote high-quality and compliant loan volume
  • Conduct phone and web-based appointments to train partners, build relationships, communicate developments, and collect feedback
  • Develop and enhance sales operations processes
  • Manage communications with installers and maintain accurate records
  • Represent installers' needs to Marketing, Operation/Support, and Product teams
  • Exceed target loan volume, active partner, and new active partner goals
  • Work cross-functionally as a part of the Mosaic team to increase our market share
  • Forecast performance for your territory

What you bring to the team

  • 5+ years in successfully leading an inside sales team, ideally within the consumer lending space
  • Solar, home improvement, and/or consumer finance industry experience
  • Fluency in third-party analytics for solar (e.g., Ohm Analytics)
  • Proficiency within the Salesforce ecosystem (SFDC, Tableau)
  • You are process-driven, always looking for ways to improve our current state
  • Data-driven, but with the ability to tell the story behind the numbers
  • Excellent prospecting skills
  • You are a strong communicator
  • Deep commitment to growing the movement for people-powered clean energy

Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $135,000. The position is eligible for incentive pay in accordance with the terms of the applicable commission or incentive plan. In addition, we're proud to offer a range of competitive benefits.
