Sr. Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Project Management:
• Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and production/quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Engineering/Operations/Quality to to gather operational requirements and define project scopes.
• Training & Support:
• Develop and deliver training modules for end-users on new applications and systems.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for application-related issues.
• Process Control & Quality Assurance:
• Implement and manage process control systems and processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Assist SVP QA with the training of Green Belt/Black Belts to build process improvement Bench Strength in the Utilization of Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Application Development & Maintenance:
• Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, SharePoint, and other relevant tools to reduce Sku’s/Product Codes and related configuration management in the publication of Specifications and Process Control requirements utilizing the Mauser Intranet System with SharePoint as hub for communication across all operations.
• Integrate various KPI’s and measurement systems and equipment into applications for real-time process control ,data collection and analysis.
• Data Collection & Analysis:
• Develop and deploy process control methods ,data collection software templates to standardize data entry and analysis of processes across the organization to improve process control and reaction times on out of control conditions to prevent out of control conditions reaching our customers.
• Perform statistical analyses (SPC, DoE, FMEA, MSA) to support quality improvement initiatives.
• Customer Service:
• Interface with internal/external customers to understand their needs and ensure applications meet their requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal/external stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Documentation & Compliance:
• Maintain documentation for all applications, including user manuals and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements.
• Equipment Integration:
• Integrate new equipment into existing systems to enhance data collection and monitoring capabilities.
• Ensure seamless operation and data flow between equipment and business applications.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in application management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power Apps, SharePoint, and SQL/DAX/VBA.
• Lean Six Sigma Training Support at the Operational level
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Excellent training, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience with quality control systems and and advanced statistical analysis tools (SPC)/Problem Solving Cause Analysis and Corrective Action and Counter Measures implementation.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and document configuration control practices.
• Ability to design and develop business applications tailored to manufacturing needs.
• Experience with equipment integration and real-time data collection systems.

• Experience with business app development and equipment integration.
• Familiarity with plant performance intelligence and measurement systems design and process monitoring applications.
