Job Summary:
As a Senior Paid Social Media Analyst at Hawke Media, you will be the strategic driver behind paid social campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and others. Reporting to the Senior Manager and Director of Paid Social, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of campaign development, from data analysis and strategy creation to execution and reporting. You thrive on data, have an analytical mindset, and can transform insights into performance-driven, ROI-positive campaigns. This role will challenge you to think critically about client needs, implement best practices, and optimize campaigns for success in the paid social landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day account management for Paid Social clients, owning all aspects of campaign execution and performance.
- Develop and execute high-impact strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and other social channels to drive measurable results.
- Manage all client deliverables, from campaign setup and performance optimization to comprehensive reporting.
- Engage in regular client communications, including video calls and presentations, to review performance and align on strategic objectives.
- Provide expert analysis on direct response, eCommerce paid social strategies, and drive metrics like ROI, ROAS, and CPA.
- Utilize advanced data insights and Google Analytics to identify key marketing trends and develop actionable recommendations.
- Understand the broader marketing ecosystem and how Paid Social integrates with other channels to drive business results for clients.
- Support cross-functional collaboration and share best practices to enhance overall digital strategy.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred.
Experience:
- 3-4 years of experience in Paid Social or Paid Media roles, with a focus on eCommerce or direct response campaigns.
- Proven track record of managing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms.
- In-depth understanding of paid social metrics (ROI, ROAS, CPA) and proficiency with Google Analytics.
Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and other social media advertising tools.
- Expertise in retargeting strategies and audience segmentation to drive campaign success.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple client projects and deadlines.
- Hands-on experience with manual bidding for conversions, optimizing ad fatigue, and improving campaign performance.
- Ability to understand, explain, and implement pixel placement and standard conversion events.
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to address challenges and turn them into growth opportunities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for both internal and client-facing communications.
