Base pay range
$125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Duties
Managing, coordinating, and organizing all internal reporting processes for the U.S. Real Estate team
Assisting the Head of U.S. Real Estate Asset Management in the continued buildout of internal portfolio management tools (reporting, tracking, etc.)
Performing returns and other ad-hoc analysis on the existing portfolio
Tracking, collecting, and analyzing relevant market data, utilizing various platforms operated by peers (e.g. listed and unlisted REITs, mortgage REITs, alternative asset managers)
Maintaining all pipelines and other tracking tools by collaborating with Deal and Asset
Management teams to ensure tools are up-to-date, accurate, and properly communicate key priorities on prospective investments and the existing portfolio
Owning vendor relationships and managing subscriptions for U.S. Real Estate team (e.g. contract renewals, payments, onboarding)
Collaborating with Creative Services team to produce marketing materials and presentations for the Limited Partners and other key stakeholders
Assist with the completion of other special research projects
Qualifications
4+ years of experience In Performance or Data working with SQL
Understanding of either capital markets REIT Distressed or Credit Or pure Real Estate
No Relocation offered must be located in the Dallas Area
