THE ROLE

The Sr. Internal Communications Manager will be responsible for ensuring effective internal communications within the company, empowering all employees to be able to tell Certinia's story and instilling pride in the company as a great place to work.

This role reports to Certinia's VP, Global Communications and works closely with the executive leadership team and with cross functional teams to elevate awareness, create comprehensive global communication strategies and partnerships, and expand relationships internally.

The ideal candidate for this role will excel in the day-to-day execution of driving the communication strategy, bringing creative new ideas and garnering cross-functional collaboration. This position requires focus, passion, dedication and attention to detail but the culture is genuinely collaborative and you will have great flexibility and a lot of fun.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLEOversee and maintain Company-wide comms channels to consistently/clearly communicate company strategy & updates, including (but not limited to):Monthly Town HallsCompany Newsletter - e.g. showcase values, customer wins, highlight people, benefits, recent company successesExecutive team office & virtual meet-upsDevelop and maintain a calendar of key company-related moments and associated communications; Examples of this may include:Major holidaysCertinia's 15th BirthdayRKO (Revenue Kick Off)Major annual events such as Dreamforce, TSIA WorldPartner with IT and cross-functional teams to develop & execute communications strategies for inter-company channels (e.g. Slack, company intranet)Work closely with our Chief People Officer and Employee Success (ES) team to support the culture, drive employee engagement and represent the employee voice through communications initiatives.Support for GTM enablement comms (e.g. social enablement, sharing customer stories, RKO programming support)Provide leadership communications support for high visibility internal announcements and organizational changesPartner in identifying and submitting corporate awards for great places to work, in partnership with ESExecute communications programs in support of internal events and conferences in partnership with our CertiniaCares, IDEA and ERG teams at both the individual contributor and leadership levelLead communications projects, influence outcomes, and evaluate success as appropriate in partnership with leadershipConsult and advise on communications strategies based on data-driven insightsAct as a cultural ambassador by making informed, creative recommendations to drive engagement and identify new opportunities to bring our community together, in partnership with ES, IDEA team and ERGsWHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE :

8+ years of relevant experience that demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of employee communications, preferably in the technology sectorA deep sense of accountability and the ability to drive large, cross-functional projects to completion with the urgency and drive for the maximum business impactDesire and ability to work on a small, nimble team, managing at both strategic and tactical levelsAbility to turn complex ideas and quantitative data into simple messages and soundbitesStrategic thinking with creative problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage deadlinesSelf-starter, who is highly organized, a clear communicator (both written and verbal) and excels in a highly collaborative organization.Demonstrative ability to interface effectively with senior executives and staff at all levelsExcellent time management skills and ability to manage shifting priorities to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.Strong oral, written, analytical and interpersonal skills with deep attention to detailAnalytical, data-driven mindset to inform the internal communications strategy and decision makingExperience working with global organizations, with an understanding of cultural nuancesWHAT ELSE WOULD BE GREAT

Salary Range: $104,800 - $144,100
