JOB SUMMARY:
The Role
CFSB is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA team and ensure the highest standards of quality for our products/services. The QA Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures, overseeing testing processes across products and projects, driving continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Role
CFSB is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA team and ensure the highest standards of quality for our products/services. The QA Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures, overseeing testing processes across products and projects, driving continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QA strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the quality and reliability of our products and project initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers and analysts to achieve consistent quality standards through automation frameworks and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer support, to identify quality issues and develop solutions.
- Design and review test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate product functionality, performance, and security.
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the testing process, including manual and automated testing for both products, projects, and other areas of technology.
- Work with QA leads to analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to prioritize and resolve issues.
- Monitor and report on key QA metrics, including defect rates, test coverage, and quality improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in quality assurance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing root causes of quality issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage and maintain QA tools, systems, and documentation.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 10+ years of QA engineering experience; including 5+ years leading a team.
- Excellent people manager who can be a hands-on player/coach, and manage of team of engineers & analysts
- Passionate and curious about technology with a willingness to experiment, evaluate and introduce other team members to new frameworks, technology and workflows, and are willing to work on a huge array of varying solutions
- Experience with agile planning, integration, test/validation, and configuration of custom software across multiple platforms
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working with Development/Product Engineers and customers is a plus
- BS in Computer Science or in any related field and Industry certifications in ______
