$200,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr
Our client are seeking a strong Head of Engineering, you will be running a team of 17+ engineers with ML/AL, GenAI, LLM experts.
they are on site 2 days out of the week, flexible working hours
This start up are scaling fast and have 2 offices in the US, they have ex Google, Uber leaders and want a candidate who has previous experience of scaling products from concept to completion. Ideally you have also shipped products and large scale cloud data.
The skills needed
Deep knowledge of SW and cloud platforms and being in the weeds with the team
strong hands on leadership skills at least 4 years of management
Experience with AI tech, in Gen AI and LLM
Ability to liase with customers and report back to team for piviots
