Role

2070 Health is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for the position of Senior Onshore RCM Account Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and outcome improvement of our RCM services to Psychiatry Providers in US.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact with the clients, managing the relationship from proposal development to service delivery
  • Collaborate and communicate with teams across multiple geographical locations to resolve client's RCM related escalations and challenges
  • Provide guidance on RCM best practices to educate team members, improve efficiencies, create standard operating procedures and provide timely deliverables
  • Manage quality, overall productivity of the team. Provide industry best practices and guidance for process improvements


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, healthcare administration, finance, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of onshore experience in Healthcare RCM
  • Experience in behavioral health process is preferred

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry conferences, and networking events
  • Should good understanding of the US Healthcare revenue cycle and its intricacies
  • Should have calling skills, probing skills and denials understanding
  • Stay updated with changes in healthcare regulations and insurance guidelines affecting AR processes
