About The Role

We're looking for an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, development and execution of highly engaging, innovative strategic partner marketing programs that fuel our business growth.

In this role, you’ll create and execute integrated marketing programs and campaigns built against both external partner and DoorDash goals. You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure we are maximizing DoorDash value from our partner relationships, with marketing that drives our business forward and serves our audiences. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a fast-growing, global consumer brand with the mission of “delivering good by connecting people and possibility" through the lens of our partnerships.

You will report into the Head of Brand Partnerships in our Brand & Creative Marketing organization.

We’re Excited About You Because You Have…

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA a plus
  • 7+ years as a Marketer spanning both brand and direct response
  • Experience in partner marketing at a consumer brand or tech company
  • Demonstrable success establishing and achieving business goals through partner marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrable experience leading cross functional workstreams and balancing multiple objectives and constraints
  • You are an amazing marketer - you can create strategies and plans based on consumer insights; analyze results, and create innovative, newsworthy campaigns
  • A knack for self-starting, thriving in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • A strong creative mind, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • You are comfortable with creativity, and analytics - you can brainstorm campaigns idea, and do the analytical work to prove their efficacy
  • Mentor and coach team members to promote professional growth and development.

  • Own and nurture marketing relationships with some of our largest and most high profile strategic partners
  • Lead partnerships that are born out of a strategic business growth need
  • Develop annual co-marketing strategies and plans with key partners and establish “buy-in” from internal and external stakeholders
  • Execute integrated co-marketing campaigns from strategy and concept, through production, implementation, delivery and reporting
  • Build integrated marketing programs in collaboration with the Strategy & Operations teams that drive against partner goals
  • Work closely with internal marketing teams to integrate partner strategies within DoorDash owned brand campaigns
  • Manage day-to-day operations of partner marketing efforts, including paid media, promotions, emails, in-app experiences, website content, and status meetings
  • Manage paid media strategies and campaign execution for partners to increase signups and delivery orders in both DoorDash and partner channels
  • Create project creative briefs for individual campaign assets, project manage the creation of campaign assets and provide status updates to stakeholders
  • Create regular internal and partner-facing reports to track campaign and promotion performance
  • Use a data-first approach to optimize campaigns against our goals, improve profitability, and drive results

Compensation

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York and Washington.
