This is a Full-Time, Hybrid / Remote position.

We are seeking a Project Manager to join the 900lbs Project Management Team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle from planning to final execution and delivery. This role requires developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets while coordinating with cross-functional teams and external departments to ensure successful project outcomes. They will manage resources, collaborate closely with internal teams, and act as the primary liaison with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment on all project objectives.

Core skills include organization, proactive communication, and usage of project management tools.

They will own internal team workflows and task management, monitor project health, develop and track project schedules, and be a support in proactive problem solving for risks and contingencies while continuously facilitating necessary communications inter/intra-departmentally.

At a team culture and interpersonal level, they will be a determined team player, demonstrate strong emotional intelligence, use curiosity, critical thought, and proactively learn 900lbs values, processes, and toolsets.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or media production
  • Demonstrates ability to organize information and to manage team projects within 1 or more production settings (video, video games, websites, mobile apps)
  • Local to Dallas area with ability to work onsite at 900lbs' Addison office when it is required.
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant Work Experience


Additional Requirements

  • Demonstrates ability to synthesize information, collaborate effectively, drive project success to achieve schedule, budget, and quality requirements
  • Demonstrates the ability to effectively use project management software ClickUp, demonstrated by some experience in similar tools such as JIRA, Trello, Monday, or Wrike
  • Demonstrates the ability to learn technical team production pipelines for video production and software development.
  • Demonstrates the ability to fulfill client services and financial processes for agency projects (budgets, proposals, maintenance reports, etc..)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to maintain timeliness, prioritize tasks and schedules effectively
  • Demonstrates focus and effectiveness working from home/remotely, as needed
  • Flexibility. Some project needs must be handled outside of normal 8:30-5:30 working hours Monday through Friday. Some evening and weekend work will be required at times
  • Superb writing / typing and documentation skills. Excels in written communication, skilled in writing, typing, and documenting
  • Curious! Proactive at Research - Self Learner of Advanced Topics
  • Emotional Intelligence and Teamwork - Strong ability to collaborate in a Team environment

Logistical Expectations

  • 900lbs will provide a work laptop and necessary software licenses
  • 900lbs embraces a Hybrid / Remote Culture. Team Members must come to the office for Client Meetings, Team Brainstorming, Hardware / QA Testing, R&D, Sales Demos, or Team Events. Outside of those in-office requirements, Team Members have the choice to work Remote or In-Office.
  • The employee will follow team standards set in 900lbs Team Handbook, including data backup routines and security standards.
