Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Document and communicate business needs to technical teams.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation.
  • Collaborate with project managers and developers to implement solutions.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Create and deliver reports and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing training materials and conducting training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in business analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with project management and software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL or Tableau.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
