The Difference You Will Make:


The Association Management team at CHR is looking for a talented individual to elevate our resident and community experience in a values-based manner that is reflective of our purpose. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day communication and administration of our portfolio of condominium associations.


Who You Are:


  • Main point of phone and email contact for homeowner support;
  • Drafting of communications as needed;
  • Send new homeowner welcome email and portal link;
  • Maintain access control credentials;
  • Annual Meeting and Board Meeting materials preparation;
  • Attend semi annual site walks and annual meetings;
  • Complete compliance walks every two (2) weeks and issue violation notices in conjunctions with the Assistant Manager;
  • Send association statements and late notices;
  • Process and administer Zendesk support;
  • Process HomeWiseDocs orders and administer HomeWiseDocs documents;
  • Regularly distribute Meeting Minutes and financial reports to homeowners;
  • Plan and execute community events within provided budget;
  • Assign work orders to maintenance staff and contractors;
  • Manage mail, scan invoices, and other administrative tasks as needed;
  • Lead administrative audits as deemed necessary by Association Managers;
  • Project work as deemed necessary by Assistant Manager and Manager.


What You'll Bring:


  • High School Diploma with 1 - 2 years office / administrative experience.
  • Strong understanding of the Collective House association portfolio.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge or the ability to acquire knowledge of applicable software programs such as AppFolio and Zendesk.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Word and Adobe applications.
