Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership for accounting and finance, including Financial Reporting, FP&A, and Strategic Planning.

• Oversee structured finance, cost control management, financial planning, cash management, tax and accounting, risk management, and financial reporting.

• Manage banking relations and investor interactions.

• Build and lead a high-performing finance team.

• Collaborate with the CEO and Executive Team on operational and corporate finance strategy, focusing on long-term growth initiatives.

• Optimize cost control, working capital, and enhance supply chain efficiency through technology and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CFO in a high-growth, private equity-backed environment.

• Strong background in capital raising and financial reporting for companies with $100M+ in revenue.

• Expertise in FP&A, financial systems, and team building.

• Comprehensive understanding of supply chain and inventory management.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interact with investors and executive teams.
