ABOUT THE ROLE: 

We are looking for the right SaaS sales leader with an early-stage background in Retail or Consumer Supply Chain Tech, to establish our sales strategy, process, and team, and to drive significant revenue growth. 

You'll be responsible for driving new revenue by closely partnering with our Executive team, including the Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Marketing Officer. You'll have the opportunity to evolve our small, talented Sales team—currently winning deals through strong Product and passion—into a team of 5-10 members over the next 12 months, focused on winning systematically through refined strategy, process, tools, and partnerships.


This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth high-impact start up at an inflection point, with our revenue & partners growing 2.5x in 2024 and poised to grow a further 5x in 2025. Our >50 world-class brand partners today have been acquired organically and/or via inbound; this foundation supported by continued market and regulatory tailwinds prime SuperCircle for immense growth ahead, which this role will have the opportunity to shape and shepherd. 


This new position will require a strategic leader to craft strategies for all B2B brand partnerships for SUPERCIRCLE, including lead generation, sales materials, and go to market strategies. The ideal candidate is a connected people-person and results-oriented operator. In this leadership role, you’ll have ownership of brand partnerships and B2B business development strategy aimed at signing new clients onto the platform. We have aggressive goals for our next wave of brand partners and are looking for a strong leader who will set the vision to achieve our goals through revenue generation and growing our brand partner funnel. 


WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH: 

  • Develop, own, and execute SUPERCIRCLE’s sales strategy and exceed sales targets. 
  • Engage with prospective brands and nurture strong strategic relationships with current and future SUPERCIRCLE brand partners. 
  • Create a pipeline of strategic retail partners for SUPERCIRCLE to sell into and grow purposefully. 
  • Own the sales process from outreach, developing and customizing recycling programs, negotiation, post-sales execution, and renewal. 
  • Negotiate terms, structure relationships, and work closely with the rest of the SUPERCIRCLE team to launch new partnerships. 
  • Create strategies to help the team monitor the sales pipeline, and identify areas of improvement and recommend ways to increase partner sign-on. 
  • Develop and manage pitch materials, including decks, models, and work with SUPERCIRCLE Tech team on demos for potential partners. 
  • Build, develop and manage a first class account sales team, including development of recommended commission structures.
  • Work closely with the rest of the SUPERCIRCLE team to forecast, measure, and report the results of all strategic business partnerships. 


WHAT YOU’LL BRING: 

  • Experience in sales and business development, including a proven-track record successfully launching and scaling B2B SaaS offerings. 
  • 15+ years of relevant experience. 
  • Track record of operating as a strong player/coach, exceeding own targets while building & enabling high-impact teams to exceed their targets as well.
  • Experience building & operationalizing sales strategy, process, and tools from the ground up.
  • Deeply connected in Retail and Consumer Supply Chain, with a rolodex of contacts to draw from to support growth.
  • Proven ability to open doors, close deals, and maintain strong relationships with both clients and agencies. Existing relationships in fashion is a plus. 
  • Experience improving processes and making recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace. 
  • Experience creating, implementing and managing a sales pipeline, as well as leading internal and external partners in the execution of the funnel. 
  • Strong strategic, analytical thinker with outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into key insights & summaries (you have perfected the “elevator pitch”.). 
  • Impeccable presentation, communication and analytical skills.
  • Must have a “no task is too small” mentality and the ability to thrive within a fast-paced startup environment, balance competing priorities, and create structure and processes. 
  • Self-starter who can take the initiative and run with it. You bring a positive attitude to your work and authentic enthusiasm to your team.
