We are seeking a motivated IT Manager to oversee and direct the day-to-day operations of Supply Chain information systems and services. This role involves managing the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of systems, as well as planning, budgeting, and staff development.
Responsibilities
Oversee specific information systems and services crucial for business continuity and daily operations.
Utilize technical expertise to develop system specifications aligned with business objectives.
Analyze operational aspects, prepare progress reports, and recommend improvements.
Direct and supervise activities within assigned areas, including hiring, performance management, and training.
Collaborate with user departments to assess system feasibility and optimize procedures.
Ensure uninterrupted operation of information systems and services 24/7.
Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements through self-study and participation in relevant events.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience in ERP/Supply Chain technology and operations.
Proven track record in managing and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
