Join a fast-growing hospitality company with over 550 employees that is seeking an HR leader. This role involves providing leadership and overseeing all HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, culture enhancement, and employee relations. You will be a true business partner responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the organization now and in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic, hands-on HR leadership as a business partner to the organization and its departments.
• Develop relationships with executive leaders to develop strategic HR solutions
• Build an "inclusive" culture for all employees where people love coming to work.
• Lead and oversight of employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, performance management.
• Provide guidance on which HR functions should be outsourced and which functions to keep in-house and which to outsource.
• Leadership in employee relations and actively managing performance issues to resolution
• Implementation and administration of HR programs and processes, including strategic staffing, performance and retention management, compliance with laws/regulations and assessing progress against company EEO goals
• Partner in developing the organization's HR roadmap

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's Degree a plus.
• Experience in the retail, hospitality, restaurant, or a related industry
• Five or more years of HR experience as generalist, manager etc.
• Broad and in-depth knowledge of human resources policies and procedures
• HR Certification a plus
