Director of Operations

Preferably, the candidate will hold a real estate sales associate license and bring experience in expanding real estate operations, particularly within a firm that has extended its reach to multiple regions with over 100 employees, agents, and staff under its management.

Responsibilities involve overseeing our operations team and collaborating with ownership and agent leadership to continuously enhance our service for clients and agents. As a pivotal member of our management cadre, you will take on a proactive leadership role, driving enhancements in operational processes. Your passion for devising and implementing systems that enhance client satisfaction and streamline operations is pivotal for your triumph.

Your expertise in project management will be instrumental in maintaining our office at an exemplary standard as we grow our team. Reporting directly to the CEO/Owner, you will be actively engaged in weekly planning sessions, outlining quarterly and annual objectives. We are poised to elevate our operations and are seeking the perfect collaborator to join us on this journey.
