What You’ll Do

As the Financial Analyst, you will support consolidated reporting and financial analysis, assist in business and financial planning, and provide strategic recommendations. Responsibilities include managing core financial processes such as Annual Operating Plans and Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews, identifying financial/operational risks and opportunities, and supporting ad-hoc projects. Success requires a self-starter with strong financial modeling, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

• Assist in the consolidated management reporting and analysis activities, including preparing, analyzing, interpreting data and trends
• Assist in the planning process and build financial models and analytical toolsets for budgeting,forecasting, and driving performance
• Adhere to the key business performance metrics across the consolidated and individual business lines or entities
• Provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management based on analysis for purposes of scenario analysis, business case analysis, return on investment, and regulatory/audit engagements
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing processes, strengthen internal controls and optimize data management
• Coordinate internal audit across all operating companies with accounting and operations
• Maintain BI data analytics to support pricing strategy, demand planning and forecasting
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, or related data analytics field
• 1+ years of financial planning and business analysis experience required
• 1+ years of Accounting/ P&L experience
• 1+ years of Tableau/ Power BI/ Excel experience
• Strong knowledge of planning and performance processes, including annual budget, monthly forecast, and periodic business reviews
• Cost accounting background is highly preferred
• Data modeling and analytical skills including utilization of BI tools for dashboard creation
• Ability to follow through on issues, make informed decisions that comply with policies and procedures, complete tasks and problem-solve
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all levels within the organization
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, confidentiality
• Fluency in Chinese/Mandarin will be helpful.
