Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to derive insights and inform business decisions.

• Develop reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for various departments.

• Track and analyze job application performance and client success metrics.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions.

• Create data models and predictive analytics to optimize job application strategies.

• Monitor and maintain data quality and integrity across different platforms.

• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data and suggest improvements to the recruitment process.

• Present findings to management with clear and concise visualizations and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent experience
• 1 - 2 years' Data Analysis experience

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).

• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to interpret complex data and present it in an easy-to-understand manner.

• Attention to detail and commitment to data quality.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

• Experience in the recruitment industry or job search services is a plus.
