TITLE: Graphic Designer

SALARY RANGE: $75,000- $100,000

REPORTS TO: Head of Marketing and eCommerce

JOB SUMMARY:

The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in bringing the Echo brand imagery to life, creating and executing collateral from concept to completion. This role will report to the Head of Marketing and eCommerce and will work closely with the Marketing team to maintain a streamlined process.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage all graphic design needs and create marketing materials across all owned, earned, and paid channels, B2C and B2B, digital and traditional marketing, for the Echo brand
• Produce original, creative designs while maintaining brand vision
• Perform research, create layouts, sketches, mock-ups, and other materials to illustrate specific concepts
• Enhance, retouch, format and manipulate digital images according to various end-needs
• Maintain a visual consistency throughout all designed material
• Present well-developed, innovative creative solutions to meet brand objectives, which are competitive in the industry and differentiate the brand
• Work closely with the marketing team to transform concepts into visual executions that articulate the Echo brand and deliver on business needs
• Maintain schedule of deliverables across channels to ensure timely reviews and releases
• Communicate clearly to manage workload and timelines
• Maintain and consistently elevate the brand aesthetic across all touch points
• Contribute to creative ideation during content meetings
• Consistently seek to improve the workflow process, presenting solutions to increase efficiency and continuously streamline communication
• Additional duties and projects, as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Passionate about the Echo brand
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 4 years of experience (agency or in-house)
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Experience in Animation
• Experience with After Effects or other video software, Figma
• Site UX and ESP experience/best practices, Shopify and Klaviyo a plus
• Ability to facilitate constructive communication through clear articulation and receptiveness to feedback
• Excellent communication skills, speaking to both creative vision and tactical details
• A customer-first outlook, with an interest in the fashion industry and technological innovation
• Ability to self-manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner
• Strong presentation capabilities; adept at both independent and collaborative work

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Hybrid role: In-office attendance is expected 3 times per week (and as needed) in NYC office
