As a Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will assist plan sponsors with the administration of their retirement plans and act as a liaison between the plan and third-party providers. Assists plan participants with general retirement education and the utilization of their retirement plan. Possesses excellent working knowledge of related subject matter and handles complex issues.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Drives client retention by delivering fiduciary investment advice, plan design guidance, and

compliance support to retirement plan sponsors

• Provides timely responses to client inquiries and partners with third parties to address client

service needs

• Engages in fee negotiations on behalf of clients with recordkeepers and third-party

administrators

• Develops and executes participant engagement and financial wellness strategies

• Prepares for and conducts investment review meetings

• Plans and conducts participant education and enrollment meetings

• Advises on annual compliance testing, 5500 filing, and audits

• Advises on regulations, legislative developments, and compliance best practices

• Assists with the onboarding of new business and plan transfers

• Works collaboratively with team members to achieve overall retention and client satisfaction

goals

• Mentors colleagues and educates on best practices

•Able to thrive, in a fast-paced collaborative work environment

•Open to travel to clients as needed

• Bilingual preferred but not required

• Ability to research investment and compliance related topics

• Organized and detail oriented

• Easily adapt to platforms such as ClientWorks, EPIC, Slack, Outlook, SharePoint

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize

• Series 6 & 63. Unlicensed candidates will be considered but required to obtain the requisite licenses within 120 days of employment.
