Job: QA: Test Architect/ Lead

Duration: 6+ months Contract to Hire

Location: Hybrid- 3x/week on site at 14221 Dallas Pkwy Suite 1100, Dallas, TX 75254 (Dallas locals ONLY)

Test Architect/ Lead: need person who knows latest and greatest in the market. High level experience and understanding of architecture. This will likely be a test architect who can understand applications and what is the best strategy on that. This person should know what standards should be kept in mind so maintenance is low. Should know the value of automation, not just running the automation without a strategy.

  • Very Sr. level / test architect
  • Ability to provide the manager input and direction and be an out of box thinker. More technical visibility.
  • Should be able to lead and own the project and be able to create POCs.
  • Will be doing strategy and leading the team. The team under them will be more hands on, so they should be able to do it, but its not their major responsibility.
  • They may will be building their own team in future. Will be leading at least 2 people who can take up the whole automation and support across the enterprise. They have resources in Mexico who will report to this person
  • MUST HAVE AI experience (any AI tool is fine), out of box thinking, can bring in innovations in the QA process and in the automation, bringing in more efficiency.
  • Its fine for them NOT to be hands on—this is fully leadership and strategy/ architecture, ability to train others and do code reviews, but will not be writing code themselves.
  • They will not be testing AI platforms, but will be implementing those AI plugins.

Notes

  • Copilot is what they will be using at Trinity- can provide training. Any experience with AI tools would be okay
  • Needs to be advanced in automation and understand architecture
  • Test architect who understands all areas of automation, framework strategy, etc. Will not be doing hands on testing but needs to have strong background in that and be able to review code of the team and be strong in the processes and strategy of automation/ testing.
  • Lead and own project , create POC and be a visionary on the technical side. Could possibly have a team of 2 resources
  • Wants this lead to take over this automation vertical, ability to train others.
