Sterling Ridge Infrastructure is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Project Manager will play a key role in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Lead project teams in the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues to ensure timely completion.
  • Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
  • Proactively address issues as they arise, making data-driven decisions to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Prepare regular status reports and present project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive estimation of project costs, timelines, and resource requirements.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a project manager in the construction industry is an asset
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on collaboration and motivation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
