We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The HR Business Partner will act as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues, build strong relationships with employees, and help drive HR initiatives and programs to support the organization's goals.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with management to understand business goals and recommend HR solutions to achieve those goals.
Provide guidance and support on performance management, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
Partner with hiring managers to lead recruitment efforts and ensure the selection of high-quality candidates.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions.
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and develop proactive solutions.
Implement and administer HR policies and programs in compliance with legal requirements and organization policies.
Support the implementation of training and development programs for employees.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality.
SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
