We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives and collaborate closely with the CEO. You’ll need to bring strong organizational skills, expertise in both organic and paid marketing, and a proactive approach to campaign management. This role offers flexibility for remote work and a high level of responsibility in shaping marketing strategies. About HopHR: We are a leading recruitment agency specializing in connecting companies—from startups to Fortune 500 firms—with top-tier talent in data science, analytics, and AI. As part of our ongoing growth, we recently launched the beta version of a cutting-edge platform designed to connect U.S. companies with highly skilled professionals from Latin America. In this role, you will lead marketing campaigns aimed at reaching U.S. companies interested in hiring both Latin American and U.S. talent, driving awareness and engagement for this exciting new initiative. Only open to candidates from Australia, Canada and United Kingdom. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage ad campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing, with a strong emphasis on driving B2B growth
  • Work closely with the team to develop high-impact content tailored for B2B audiences
  • Oversee both organic and paid marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and generate high-quality leads
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize results and demonstrate proven success in B2B campaigns
  • Ensure tasks are efficiently prioritized and completed on time


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-5 years of experience in similar roles
  • Relevant experience in digital marketing with a focus on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing
  • Strong understanding of both organic and paid marketing strategies
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience leading projects


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the tech or AI industry
  • Experience in the staffing and recruitment or agency industry

Please note that this is an independent contractor position with payment based on an hourly rate. As an independent contractor, this role does not include additional benefits beyond the agreed-upon rate.
