Description: This is a secretarial position that supports the Regional STEM Center Director and works collaboratively with all MCESC staff. The secrearty will assist the Director in managing grants, scheduling mutiple meetings, events and professional development and maintaining the purchase order and invoicing processing.
Location: Montgomery County ESC Board Office (SOITA Bldg)
Pay:$18.63 - $32.18
Length of Contract: 12 months
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proficient with budget tracking/familiarity with creating and managing financial reports
Excellent clerical skills & proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google
Must have great attention to detail
Must be a team player who can work collaboratively with all levels of the MCESC and with our client districts
