Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Operations at Briar Common Brewery + Eatery located in Denver, CO. The Director of Operations will oversee daily business activities, develop strategies to improve efficiency and profitability, manage budgets, and ensure all operations align with company goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
• Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning skills
• Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to analyze and improve operational processes
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and health and safety standards
