QA Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and procedures.
- Lead and manage the QA team, providing guidance and support.
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications.
- Coordinate with development teams to understand project requirements and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Identify, document, and track defects and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes, making improvements as necessary.
- Prepare and present QA reports and metrics to stakeholders.
