What You Will Be Doing

  • Audience Building Education: Design dynamic workshops on creating influential brands using AI tools. Coach students in developing AI-powered social media strategies.
  • Motivation and Goal Alignment: Lead high-energy sessions aligning students' social media activities with ambitious AlphaX goals.
  • Content Strategy and Creation: Review student content, providing expert feedback to elevate their material.
  • Performance Tracking: Teach AI-powered content performance tracking and analytics.
  • Industry Networking: Connect students with top influencers and tech visionaries.

Head Of Brand Marketing Key Responsibilities

Empower students to build influential personal and business brands, enhancing AlphaX program visibility and attracting more students and supporters.

Basic Requirements

  • Proven track record in developing and executing effective brand strategies, whether for individuals, businesses, or clients
  • Demonstrated expertise in social media management, content creation, and audience engagement
  • Ability to use innovative techniques and tech tools to enhance social media presence
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a talent for inspiring and motivating high achievers
  • Proven high-level personal achievement in any field (athletically, academically, or professionally)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willing to work on-site in Austin, TX. Relocation assistance is available.
  • Able to work in the US without visa sponsorship

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
