Quality Assurance Manager for Heavy Civil Projects

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a background in QA/QC for heavy civil construction projects. With a foundation in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or Construction Management and 10 years of relevant experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained throughout large-scale construction endeavors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) processes for significant heavy civil construction projects.
  • Collaborate with clients on quality expectations and project delivery.
  • Implement and enhance quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Regularly update and manage Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Work closely with employees, contractors, and clients to meet and exceed quality control requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven QA/QC experience is mandatory.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive, outgoing demeanor that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
