Job Description

The Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing, Planning & Analytics role will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and orchestration of Dior.com digital campaigns, from position and product planning through to campaign hind-sighting. This role will drive the success of our D2C Digital Business through meticulous product assortment planning, sampling and TOA strategies, Digital 360 creation, overview, and full-funnel strategy and sales planning.

This position will be full time and located in PCD’s New York corporate offices.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

Digital Forecasting & Product Planning (Fragrance & KCPs)

  • Manage end-to-end execution of new product launches as well as build out strategies based on product assortment, exclusives, and early leads, as well as launch Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Recommend Basic and Novelty product assortment based on strategic, brand priorities
  • Develop accurate forecasts for Fragrance & Brand Animation SKUs using historical data, market trends and seasonal influences
  • Monitor competitive activities within the digital space to anticipate shifts in consumer preferences and adjust plans accordingly
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify key drivers of traffic, conversion rates, and overall sales
  • Oversee inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing excess
  • Generate reports that track forecast accuracy, identifying areas for improvement in both planning processes and execution strategies
  • Manage and maintain full year product launch calendar, while staying on top of and communicating product launch timelines with internal team
  • Manage category sales, planning top down and bottoms up forecasting ; adjusting based on trends
  • Report on stock levels, priority product SKUs, and work cross-functionally with central and local Supply teams
  • Oversee Ratings & Reviews campaigns in coordination with Brand Marketing

Sampling & TOA Planning & Strategy

  • Develop yearly forecasts for Sampling & TOAs to ensure limited excess
  • Oversee Sampling & TOA budget to ensure there is no overconsumption while maintaining a strong profitability margin
  • Oversee on-site offer strategy and calendar
  • Manage Promotional Strategy and Sampling Strategy to maintain brand image and customer acquisition and retention

360 Planning & Digital Strategies

  • Create digital 360 plans and Dior.com digital campaigns from KPI positioning and sales planning through to campaign hind-sighting and monitoring for Fragrance/KCPs
  • Recommend key launch KPIs based on industry insights, historic trends, and digital analytics to develop strong digital 360 plans
  • Develop key digital strategies, product priorities, and positioning objectives in collaboration with Brand Marketing teams
  • Develop quarterly digital strategies in collaboration with the Digital Strategy team to present key strategic objectives, product positioning, and overall opportunities to exceed sales and KPI goals
  • Drive clear communication with cross-functional teams to manage and deliver successful digital 360 plans
  • In coordination with the E-Merchandising team, oversee Global Animation Kits and review product information, and positioning as relevant to US Digital Market
  • Stay abreast of competitor trends and monitor competitive E-Retail landscape to deliver on-site optimizations and E-Merchandising recommendations to our E-Commerce team based on competitive trends (in and outside of the industry)
  • On an ad-hoc basis, oversee Site Analytics and product page analysis to better inform strategic positioning

Digital Insights & Analytics

  • Oversee sales, inventory, and business reporting, analyzing results to inform digital decision making, as well as sharing with senior management and internal teams
  • Collaborate cross functionally to plan and recap all major product launches and key consumption period performance, sharing out data and insights as well as factoring in learnings for future launches
  • Analyze weekly, monthly, and Year-to-Date (YTD) sales performance for Dior.com by axe and franchise, sharing out key trends and insights to the team and broader leadership on a weekly basis
  • Work with broader team to plan and recap all major product launches and key consumption period performance, sharing out data and insights as well as factoring in learnings for future launches

Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing Strategy & Analytics

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience within a Buying, Planning, or Digital Marketing focused role
  • Proven track record managing digital platforms or e-commerce within the luxury industry
  • Strong understanding of inventory management practices and principles
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Quantitative skills and fluency in sales analysis with the ability to clearly present data
  • Fluency in Excel and PowerPoint; willing to learn new platforms and systems
  • Proactive, collaborative, organized, curious and solutions-oriented
  • Strong organizational, project management, communication, and follow-through skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Passionate about the Digital and E-Commerce space
  • Team player with initiative and ability to prioritize/multi-task without sacrificing attention to detail, while thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
  • Prior experience with Google Analytics, ContentSquare, SAP/AX and Salesforce Commerce Cloud is strongly preferred

LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure.

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $80k-$90k.
